i have been making some things- drawing and sculpting, and a little bit of writing, too. a lot of thinking is going on, too, but i have much less to show for that. so it goes.

it snowed here, just a little bit.

i have some clay! actually, i have 100 kg [220 lbs] of the stuff. i've been making some smallish preliminary sketches [or maybe, since they are not on paper, they are better called maquettes] of things, and though i haven't come up with anything too good yet, i am certainly hoping to. [naturally.]

i've been out walking for most of today, and i don't feel like i have much to say, but i'll do my best to keep it interesting.

i guess i'll relate a brief history of my travels, and have some pictures to get a quick sense of what it is like. [sadly, i have no way to upload pictures from my smaller camera- the one i was roaming with. sad, but a fixable problem, i hope. the pictures here will limited, but i will surely be adding more and more. all in good time.]
